Real People Casting – Gen Z’s with Urban Street Style

(BMXers, Parkour Athletes, Rappers, Dancers, Skaters, Graffiti Artists, Streetballers, Streetwear Influencers, etc.

Jones & Juliet Casting is casting 14-25 year olds in a documentary-style campaign for a major brand.

 We’re on the hunt for fearless, urban, bold teens and young adults—New York kids who are always outside. 

From bike kids to ball players and skaters, to the kids who just hang out watching what’s happening. Young New Yorkers that carve their own path through the city’s obstacles.

PAY: $600 per shoot day AND either+$3000, or +$1000 for usage buyout if you appear in the final commercial as a main character, supporting character, or featured character. +20% if represented.

Whether you make music, are a graffiti artist, have an entrepreneurial spirit, are in a BMX or parkour crew, are leading your friends in activism, skateboarding, playing streetball, in a showtime subway crew, breaking, or just love fashion –  we want to hear from you! 

We are open to people of all ethnicities, genders, and senses of style and self expression. NO ACTING or MODELING experience is necessary to be considered.

Talent Flow Down Terms Usage Terms

Definitions: As used in this document, “Likeness” means all personal attributes of Talent, including without limitation Talent’s name, nicknames, initials, autograph, facsimile or digital signature, voice, video or film portrayals, photograph, likeness and image, caricatures, alter egos, performance/activity information, statements, interviews, and any statistical, biographical, and/or names and marks owned by Talent or other information or data relating to Talent. “[company] Content” means [company] trademarks, proprietary images, video, audio, documents, data or other content, including [company]-created derivatives of Talent content, and any audio, video, stills, or other content captured of Talent during any content shoots.

Usage Period: 2 years from date of first public use, but perpetual for [company] internal usage and archival purposes (e.g., [company] Content may remain perpetually where originally published, and [company] has no obligation to remove upon expiration of the usage period so long as no new publications occur after expiration).

Usage Territory: Worldwide  

Usage Media: [company] shall have the sublicensable, unlimited and irrevocable right for itself, its affiliates, and licensees to use,reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, display, exhibit, digitize, create gifs, and otherwise use the [company] and Likeness in the following media (the “Media Channel(s)”), including without limitation:  Digital Radio, Organic (distributing [company] own content via streaming service like Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) Email Events (e.g., workouts, races, trade shows and conferences, activations, and other events, whether at [company] or third-party locations) Internal (e.g., internal presentations, campus displays) Internet and Digital Channels (e.g., websites, apps, and platforms, whether [company] or third-party owned)   Internet Display Advertising  & Search PR (e.g., press coverage by media partners)   Print Collateral Retail (e.g., digital and printed in-store and exterior signage, collateral, displays and screens for [company]- and third-party owned channels.) Social, Organic Social, Paid Other advertising industry standard “below-the-line” media channels and outlets

Advertising Option: [company] shall have the option, exercisable in its sole discretion, to expand the Media channels to include the following media for a period of 6 months throughout the world for an additional mutually agreed fee: Talent Day Rate Out of Home/Digital Out of Home Print Ad/Print Media

Exclusivity: Between [CAMPAIGN START] and [CAMPAIGN END], Talent (a) shall not conduct or host any promotional activities, events, appearances, collaborations, performances or campaigns, or endorse or otherwise permit the use of Talent’s name, image, or
likeness in any manner in advertising or publicity for a [company] Competitor and (b) shall not post to Talent’s social media accounts anycontent or posts endorsing, tagging, depicting, or otherwise identifying [company] Competitor (including posts showing Talent or third parties recognizable wearing [company] Competitor products). For purposes of this Agreement, a [company] Competitor is any persons or entities that design, manufacture, market or sell athletic or athletically inspired footwear, apparel, equipment, or accessories.
